is this a cannon character?: No
character name: Vincent Vige
character alias (only if you have one): Vein
gender: Male
side: Destined
actual age: 28
age you look: 21
mutant power (not applicable if human): Vein's abilities give him complete control over his internal organs, muscles, tissues, glands, etc.. Because of this ability, he is immune to all but the most powerful of telepaths, and then only if they really concentrate. His skin can change to any possible tone he desires, and his complete manipulation of his voice muscles allows him to mimic anyone's voice, although it gives him a sore throat. His most powerful weapons are his veins. he can make them shoot from his body, and can make them somewhat limp and use them as a whip, or stiff so they can be used as stilts, although he can use them in other ways, these are the ways he uses them the most. Thanks to his abilities he can repair his wounds, as long as they don't injure his bones. His bones are his only vulnerable point
appearance (A picture and/or a description): Has brown hair and green eyes. He's white and usually has only a small amount of 'fuzz' on his face, but he can change both of these things at will. Although he might seem to be rather skinny and weak at a casual glance, he has full access to his muscles, while most people only have a percentage. Wears what he likes, which could range from a t-shirt and jean shorts, to a silk robe he bought in Japan. Whatever he wears though, he can always be seen wearing a small necklace that he was given when he was a child. An small metal heart given to him, by a small girl that was his first crush. He can often be seen with a charismatic smile on his face.
personality Please spend a little time on this: Vein is a bitter person. He saw what human greed could do first hand, and he'd rather put the world under mutant control, for he believed since there were less of them, they weren't as prone to greed or corruption. He's willing to help any member of the Destined, or any mutant in need, but transfers his deep rooted hatred of his parents and his uncle's killer onto all humans. Enjoys fixing up cars, and has a nice collection of cars ranging from classics to brand new models. He can be very charismatic when he wants to be, and can usually charm his way into just about anyone he wants to.
history Be Detailed!:Vein was born into a rather wealthy family in Transylvania, Romania. Up until the age of six his life was pampered and taken care of, until one day when he'd wandered away from his nanny when she took him to a small park near the edge of their property. He went into the woods, and was soon lost. He was found, by three wild dogs. They viciously attacked him, until a hunter that was in the area shot the dogs to help him. This is when his ability was first discovered. The massive bite wounds from the dogs repaired themselves before the man's very eyes.
He ran from the woods screaming 'Demon, Demon!', and returned later with a group of other men. However, Vincent had already been taken back to his home by his nanny. Six years later, the incident with the hunters all but forgotten, his vein abilities were revealed. His parents had built a gym for him to practice his gymnastics in, but while he used it for that, he preferred to play Basketball. He was playing one-on-one against one of his few friends, when the ball got lodged behind the hoop. Neither boy was tall enough to reach it, but Vincent tried anyway, and to his surprise, a pair of red, whip-like things came from his wrists and wrapped around the ball, pulling it down to him.
His friend told Vincents parents about this, and late that night Vincent heard them discussing what to do. They used the word 'freak' an awful lot. The next morning, they told him they were sending him to the United States to live with his uncle. His uncle was a little more honest with Vincent, and told him that his parents had sent him to him so no one would look down on his parents for having a... special son. A few years passed, and while Vincent's uncle was well off, he taught Vincent something he liked to do for fun; how to fix cars. While Vincent didn't quite enjoy it as much as his uncle, he did find it helped him gather his thoughts. His uncle also taught him how to shoot.
Four years, almost to the day, after his arrival, Vincent's uncle was gunned down in the streets, apparently a mugging gone wrong. Vincent was legally an adult, and he applied for citizenship. Passing the test rather easily, he flew to Romania to see if his parents would give him some money to start a new life. What he discovered however, was his parents about to sign the papers to prevent Vincent from ever getting a dime from them. Furious with his parents, he used his powers for the first time in years, and whipped his parents until they died. Quickly covering up all traces of his involvement, he ran into the streets shouting that his parents had been killed.
All their assets, along with his uncle's, were then transfered to him, and he moved back to the United States. Soon he learned of a gang of mutants, and that they stood for bring mutants to take control of the world. In Vincent's mind, greed had killed his parents, and greed had taken his uncle. While Vincent himself wasn't an inherently greedy person, he made up his mind that humans didn't deserve to be in control. He joined the gang, and used his considerable amount of money to help work towards the leader's ultimate goal.
While at in the group, he quickly learned just how far his powers extended, and used everything at his disposal to achieve his goal of mutant control of the planet. While he wasn't greedy, he did collect some rather nice cars that he allows the gang members to use... as long as they follow the rules.
After several years the leader of the gang was killed, and the group was disbannded. Vincent, disappointed with the fall, bought stock in several business, and eventually merged the three into the new Vige Enterprises. He constructed The Vige Building, including a private sub-level that he used for his own gang of mutants, which he called; The Destined.
While he heard of the Brotherhood, he believed Magneto far to bold, and far to weak. His theory was you needed to be silent as a ninja, but as vicious as the wolves that attacked him in order to succeed in his venture.
He slowly gathered members of the Destined, and has, so far, managed to keep both the fact that he is a mutant, and the Destined, from the world.

"Hey Jim, anything from the mutie?" said a security guard walking through the maximum security section of the prison.
"Nothin'. This guy hardly ever gives us any trouble. What'd he do to get locked up here anyway?" replied the one who was standing just outside a cell holding a prisoner ordered for mandatory solitude.
"Oh yeah, that's right, you weren't here when he first got taken in. Old Thomas here blew up a bank just by touching one of the walls."
"Really? Hey, if his name is Thomas, why does he say insist that people call him Vincent?"
"Not really sure," he opened up the slot that they slid his food in through, "Hey Thomas. Why do you ask people to call you 'Vinnie'?" he laughed.
Then, three red ropes shot from the slot, and wrapped themselves around the guard's neck, snapping it in a matter of seconds. The ropes re-entered the room, and there was a sound of breaking metal. There was the sound of pounding for a few moments, and the door was thrown off its hinges. "Don't call me Vinnie," Vein said as he stepped through the door, rubbing his wrists.
"F... freeze!" the second guard said, pointing his gun toward him as he came out.
"Please, don't insult me." A vein shot from his wrist and into the guard.
The guard dropped the gun and slowly clapped his hands, "W... what are you doing to me?" he asked mortified.
"Having a little fun," came the response, but Vein ended his fun and stopped the man's heart, and retracted the vein into his wrist.
He heard an alarm begin to go off, and he said, "I've spent to much time, away from the world." He began walking down the hall, opening every cell he passed by, and taking down guards as he went.
